By using stablebusinessbook.com you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are a contract between you and Gary Tomchuk (operating through Evolutionary Ventures, based in Ventura County, California), the owner of this site.

The site describes The Stable Business, a book that is still in development and not yet published. Nothing here is a contract to publish, an order form, or a promise of a release date. Signing up for the book list reserves you nothing and costs you nothing. Prices, formats, chapter breakdowns, and dates shown on the site may change before the book exists.

When you join the book list you agree that:

• The email address you give is yours and you may receive our messages at it.
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message, or by asking us directly.
• We will use the address for the book and its ideas — not for third-party advertising or another company's list.

All text, diagrams, cover artwork, the logo, and the framework they describe are © 2026 Gary Tomchuk, all rights reserved, unless stated otherwise.

You may:

• Read the site, print a page for your own use, and share a link to it freely.
• Quote a short passage with credit to the author and a link back to this site — teaching and review use is welcome.

You may not:

• Reproduce whole pages, the framework diagrams, or the cover as your own material.
• Sell, republish, or distribute the content, or feed it into a service that learns from it and gives it back to other people.
• Use the name, logo, or cover in a way that suggests Gary Tomchuk endorses you.

The framework, articles, and chapter summaries are educational. They are one operator's thinking about building durable companies — not accounting, legal, tax, investment, or consulting advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, fund, restructure, or hire. The site links to other places, including articles on evolutionaryventures.com. Those sites are not under our control, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Read their own terms.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Pages may be updated, moved, or withdrawn, and the site may be temporarily unavailable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the County of Ventura, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute under these Terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, where the operator is based. Nothing here removes the protections your own state's or country's consumer law gives you.
